Provides strategic leadership and governance oversight, guiding DEL's long-term direction and standards.

For nearly two decades, Dishoila Engineering Limited has brought discipline and technical depth to the projects that build nations. This is who we are, what we believe and the people who lead us.
Dishoila Engineering Limited (DEL) was founded on a simple conviction: that Africa's most demanding projects deserve an engineering partner who takes full ownership, from the first survey to final handover and through the years of operation that follow.
Headquartered in Abuja, we bring civil, mechanical and electrical engineering together under one structure. That integration is deliberate. It removes the gaps between disciplines where cost, risk and delay usually hide and gives our clients one dependable point of accountability for work that cannot afford to fail.
Today we deliver across construction, oil and gas, renewable energy, mining, security systems and facility management, applying international engineering standards with a deep, practical understanding of the environment in which our clients operate.

“We built Dishoila to be the partner we would want on our own most important projects, one that measures success not by the contract signed, but by the asset delivered and the trust earned.”
Across every sector we serve, the clients who matter most are the ones who cannot compromise on safety, integrity or delivery. Governments building critical infrastructure. Energy companies whose uptime is measured in millions. Communities depending on power that simply must work.
Our responsibility to them is total. It is reflected in how we recruit and train our engineers, in the standards we hold ourselves to long before a client asks and in the discipline we bring to programme and cost. That is the DEL our people are proud to build and the one our clients return to.
“Great engineering is quiet. It shows up as projects that open on time, run without incident and keep performing years after the site has been handed over.”
My focus and that of every team at DEL, is execution. We invest in planning because it protects the programme. We invest in health and safety because our people and our clients' people go home the same way they arrived. And we invest in quality because reputation, in this industry, is earned one delivery at a time.
We are ambitious about DEL's role across Africa, but that ambition rests entirely on doing the fundamentals exceptionally well. That is the commitment I make to every client who chooses to work with us.

To deliver engineering, procurement and construction of uncompromising quality, safely, sustainably and dependably, that advances the infrastructure and industry of Africa.
To be the engineering partner of choice for Africa's most demanding projects, recognised for precision, integrity and the enduring performance of everything we build.
No project, deadline or margin justifies compromising the safety of our people, our clients or the communities around our sites. It is the first question we ask and the last box we check.
We do what we say. Transparent reporting, honest assessments and full ownership of outcomes, even when it is difficult, are non-negotiable.
We hold ourselves to international engineering standards and invest continuously in the skills, methods and technology that keep our work at the front.
We measure success in relationships that outlast a single contract and in assets that keep performing long after handover.

Our corporate philosophy is built on ownership. Every engineer, technician and project manager at DEL carries responsibility for the outcome, not just their task. That culture of accountability is what allows a single company to hold complex, multidisciplinary work together.
We invest heavily in developing local engineering talent, because the strength of an African engineering company should be measured by the capability it builds at home. The result is a workforce that combines global standards with genuine local knowledge and takes pride in both.
We deliver to defined, internationally benchmarked quality standards, verified through structured inspection and test regimes at every stage. Quality is designed in, not inspected afterwards.
An embedded HSE culture governs every site from tender to handover, protecting our people, our clients and the environment. We plan for zero harm and hold ourselves accountable to it.
Clear structures, defined accountability and ethical conduct underpin how DEL is run, giving clients, partners and regulators confidence in every engagement.
Sustainability is a design decision at DEL. From renewable energy delivery to responsible resource use and low-impact construction methods, we build with the next decades in mind, not just the next milestone.
Our commitment to the communities we work in runs deeper than compliance. Through local employment, skills development and targeted social investment, we aim to leave every community stronger than we found it.
